Delivery
United Kingdom
We use Royal Mail 1st Class for all our UK deliveries. You can expect your order to arrive within 2 days.
Europe
We use Royal Mail Standard European deliveries and you can expect your order within 3 – 5 working days.
International
We use Royal Mail Standard International and you can expect your order within 5 – 7 working days.
Customs
European and International orders may be subject to Customs charges where appropriate prior to the order being delivered to the customer. JDMX cannot be held responsible for any Customs charges that may be added by the country where the order is being delivered. Unfortunately, these charges will have to be met by the customer.
Free Delivery (if available)
Occasionally, JDMX offers free delivery on its website. These may refer to specific areas (for example “Free Delivery to the UK”), otherwise normal delivery charges will be applied. The purchaser is responsible for delivery costs if they select free delivery that does not apply to their physical delivery location address.
Items entitled to free delivery will be delivered in the usual way as listed.
If any item needs to be returned for any reason and it was initially sent out free, postage will have to be paid by the customer for the item(s) to be returned to us. We will not cover the postal cost of any returns, whether sent out free or not.
Extreme Events / Weather
If there is a significant event, such as localised country lockdown, business closures, border closures, or other restrictions or factors affecting delivery, then we cannot be held responsible for any delays.
On occasion, some countries experience extreme weather conditions that may affect these delivery times. If this is the case, we ask customers in those areas affected to please allow extra time for their package to arrive.
JDMX cannot be held responsible for extended delivery times as we have no control over the postal system.
