JDMX (“We”) operates the website https://www.jdmx.co.uk (“Site”). This page informs the customer (“You”) of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site.

When PayPal or a third party payment gateway is used, the data you supply is stored by them and we have no control over that data. It is likely that you would have already created an account with those payment gateways and have already entered into a privacy agreement with them.
Upon successful transaction completion, data and customer information is passed to us via the third party payment gateways (e.g. PayPal) in order for us to create a customer account. Sufficient data is passed to enable us to fulfil and dispatch the items, as well as contact you relating to the order where necessary.
Without this data being transferred to us, we would not know who ordered or where to send it. We reserve the right to retain data of customers for audit purposes and future customer service relating to your purchases.

Personal data supplied to us at point of sale is stored within the JDMX database system, sent over an encrypted https network.
If you would like to apply to have your data removed from our system, you can send us a request at admin@jdmx.co.uk and we will assist you in the best way we can, notwithstanding our own rights to keep data on record.
Contact details, including email addresses, supplied at the point of sale may be used by us to communicate with the customer in direct relation to the website store. These contact details will not be used for general marketing, nor will they be passed on to other agencies.
